I have a one bedroom basement suite available July 1st. $800 all utilities included. The house is situated high therefore the suite is only about 4 feet down and has normal size windows. The kitchen and bedroom have hardwood and the living room is carpet. The fenced backyard is shared and the parking is on the street. The house is a no party/no smoking house, and it's only a short drive to downtown or the university and the General Hospital is a short walk away.
The front yard is currently torn up and looks a mess because I recently had the sewer line replaced. This will be remedied shortly once the ground finishes settling.
